Yes, we provide a dedicated, paid technical support service through our Customers Portal. The Customers Portal allows you to submit support tickets, track progress on your query and get access to any fixes, patches and updates that may be applicable.
Existing licence holders can take advantage of our One-Time Incident Technical Support plan.
Each new licence purchase is granted up to one year free subscription to GChat's update service. On top of this, we offer one free installation per licence for up to one month from the date of the original purchase. You can also access one-time incident support immediately after your order has been completed and actioned.
We can offer support on one-time incident basis. It allows you the flexibility of getting access to our expert technical team as and when you need it for a flat fee per ticket which is displayed on the Technical Support page.
GChat technical support staff will help you with installation issues or PHP and MySQL errors related to the software. We can troubleshoot your chat and install updates and patches for it, up to the latest program version. Our team can also undertake integration with your database or CMS.
